Semi Auto polisher
Semi Auto Polisher is a manual polishing machine suitable for grinding and polishing operations.
Semi Auto Head can adjust the load for each holder and maximize surface polishing efficiency with tilt-up function in the sample holder, and allows workers to work under uniform pressure under desired working conditions without having to hold the sample with their hands during grinding.
The rotation direction of the Semi Auto Head is the same as the plate rotation direction of the Polisher, and is rotated by the friction force of the sample and Sand Paper. It is the basic 3-hole (32 mm) standard, but it can be changed to an option, and it is recommended to use it manually when working on Polishing.
By applying an on/off switch with excellent waterproof function, work operability is simple, and intuitive and fast setting is possible through the speed control knob.
It uses materials such as ABS, SUS, and coating aluminum to increase safety and durability, and can apply a magnetic plate system as well as a general non-adhesive disc paper and Cloth (Pad), working it easy to use Disc Paper and Cloth (Pad) for Polishing without exchanging plates.

- The initial rotation direction is counterclockwise (ccw), and can be changed clockwise (cw) at the request and the rotation speed (RPM) is Main 50 to 600 RPM, Head 0 to 150 RPM. (It can be changed according to the request)
- Polishing Disc uses basic 8". (10" & 12" is Option Specification)
- WARRANTY: Free A/S if the equipment fails within one year of warehousing.
