Auto Head Polisher D/M
Auto Head Polisher is an automatic grinder suitable for grinding and polishing operations.
In the case of D/M(Double Machine), you can do Fine Polishing and General Grinding and Polishing at the same time using Auto Head.
By applying an on/off switch with excellent waterproof function, work operability is simple, and intuitive and fast setting is possible through the speed control knob.
It uses materials such as ABS, SUS, and coating aluminum to increase safety and durability, and can apply a magnetic plate system as well as a general non-adhesive disc paper and Cloth (Pad), making it easy to use Disc Paper and Cloth (Pad) for Polishing without exchanging plates.
Auto Head can adjust the load for each holder and maximizes surface polishing efficiency with a tilt-up function on the sample holder.
It is possible to set the adjustment function of the work cycle and rotation RPM with a simple operation.
It's a basic 3-hole (32mm) shape, but you can change it to an option.
