Circuit Width Microscope

• The circuit width microscope is a microscope capable of inspecting the opening, short circuit, shape, etc. of the formed circuit.
• XY tables of various sizes may be applied according to the size of the PCB board.
• It is possible to obtain a clearer and more accurate high-resolution image than the existing low-resolution image.
• With the Zoom Type, it is easy to change the magnification from low to high magnification.
• The high resolution image of 3 million pixels is clear, so there is little measurement error, and the surface can be observed more clearly.
• By applying the 1/2 inch CMOS Sensor, a wider range of images can be obtained in a single picture.
• The working distance is high at 35mm, reducing the frequency of surface scratch occurrence during work.

Image Tilling and Multi Focus is possible using the Image Analysis Program. In addition to importing files, it also supports Drag & Drop functions that allow images to be retrieved directly from the navigation window to the program. 

Various efficient functions are included in the work, such as collective storage of work files at once and batch storage of desired file names sequentially (work lot or work hours can also be recorded).

In addition, clearer and more detailed results can be obtained by applying a high-definition camera instead of an existing circuit width measuring device.
