This test device mainly evaluates the safety and reliability of a product by exposing a package circuit board, etc. in a severe state of high temperature, high pressure, and high humidity to accelerate corrosion of metal parts of the semiconductor die or all products.
In addition, tests are conducted by applying water vapor and pressure to the outside of semiconductors and various molding products at high temperatures to test whether moisture penetrates the product.
