Magnetic System

For commonly used disk paper, the disk paper is fixed to the polishing machine plate using Guide Ring. In this case, it is necessary to detach and attach the guide ring when replacing the paper. The Magnetic System is used to improve convenience and speed when working on Grinding & Fine Polishing.

When an adhesive disk paper (PSA type) is attached to a magnetic plate instead of a general disk paper (Plain Type), it may be detached and attached without using a guide ring. Even when replacing according to the work stage, it is possible to use it more quickly and conveniently by replacing only magnetic plates prepared for each Grit.

In the case of a magnetic system, due to its convenient and rapid replacement, workers' fatigue is reduced compared to general types, and even when storing disk paper in use, it can be reused without damage due to drying.
